The Corporation is established for religious, charitable, educational, community-support and related nonprofit purposes. Its purposes include worship, religious education, charitable outreach and community support.

Federal tax-exempt status

Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation operates as a church described in Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.

Under Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code, churches are excepted from the general requirement to apply to the Internal Revenue Service for formal recognition of exemption. Consistent with IRS guidance, a church that meets the requirements of Section 501(c)(3) is considered tax-exempt without being required to apply for or obtain a separate IRS determination letter.

The Corporation has not requested or received a separate IRS determination letter recognizing its exempt status. Its tax-exempt status is based on its status and operation as a church and remains subject to continued compliance with the requirements applicable to organizations described in Section 501(c)(3).

The D.O.M. project

D.O.M. is a Christian, multi-confessional digital ecosystem operated by Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation.

The project is intended to bring together individuals, Christian communities, clergy, churches, religious organizations, charitable initiatives and related projects belonging to different Christian confessions and traditions.

D.O.M. provides the digital environment, technical systems and online services through which this ecosystem operates.

Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation and the D.O.M. project are not separate legal persons. The Corporation is the legal organization that owns, operates and is responsible for the D.O.M. project.

Ownership of the project

Except where expressly stated otherwise, all rights, title and interest in and to the D.O.M. project and its original components belong to Deus Optimus Maximus Corporation, including rights relating to:

• the dom.gd domain name and related D.O.M. domain names
• the D.O.M. name, branding and visual identity
• interface design and original visual materials
• source code, software and technical systems
• databases, database structures and database rights
• infrastructure and service architecture
• documentation and informational materials
• the contractual and legal framework governing the use of D.O.M
• original digital content created by, commissioned by or produced for D.O.M
• other intellectual property and digital assets developed for the project

Third-party software, trademarks, materials and other components remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

Content created or uploaded by users remains subject to the applicable Terms of Use and other relevant agreements. Nothing in this Legal Notice transfers ownership of user-created content to the Corporation except to the extent expressly provided by those agreements.
